08/29/2018: David Cook: Attached is the approval letter for the as-constructed drawings for well 2 for Cedar Point. There are no chemical sample results in SDWIS. Jeri, please send a sample demand for this new well (WL02107) for all parameters. Lead and Copper monitoring can stay on a triennial schedule. I switched well 1 to inactive status. I agree well 1 needs to be abandoned soon. JL
